Welcome to VeltroBay. By accessing this website and
placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
ABOUT US
VeltroBay is owned by Muhammad Saad Attari, a sole
proprietor based in Pakistan. We sell personalized
keepsake blankets, printed in the United States, to
customers in the United States.
WHAT WE SELL
We sell velveteen plush throw blankets printed with a
written letter, personalized with a name of your choice
and made individually to order.
HOW YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED
We do not hold stock ourselves.
When you place an order, we purchase your blanket from
our trusted verified production partner in the United
States, who prints it and ships it directly to your
address.
We tell you this openly because we believe you should
know how the thing you are buying reaches you. Full
tracking is provided on every order.
ORDERS
By placing an order you confirm that the information
you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are
authorised to use the payment method selected.
The name you type at checkout is printed exactly as
typed, up to 12 characters. Please check the spelling
carefully before ordering.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a
full refund.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Because each blanket is printed to order with the name
you provide, it cannot be cancelled, returned or
exchanged once production has begun.
You may cancel for a full refund at any time before
production starts. Please see our Refund Policy.
This does not affect your rights if the item arrives
damaged, incorrect or defective.
THE WRITTEN LETTER
The letter printed on each blanket is original writing
created by and belonging to VeltroBay. It may not be
copied, reproduced or resold.
The wording of the letter cannot be changed. You may
add a name above it.
PRICING
All prices are listed in US Dollars and include
shipping. Prices may change at any time without notice,
but changes will not affect orders already placed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products
accurately.
Our blankets are medium heavy-weight velveteen plush,
300 g/m², printed on one side using dye sublimation.
The design is printed into the fabric rather than
layered on top, so it will not crack or peel.
Colours may appear slightly different on different
screens. Blankets may arrive up to 3 inches shorter
than the listed size, and the thickness of the fabric
may vary slightly. These are normal characteristics of
this product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount
you paid for that order.
