ABOUT US

This website (veltrobay.com) is owned and operated by VeltroBay LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, located at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. VeltroBay LLC is the seller of record for all products sold on this website.

WHAT WE SELL

We sell personalized keepsake products printed in the United States: velveteen plush throw blankets printed with a written letter, and matching 18" × 18" throw pillows. Each item is personalized with a name of your choice and made individually to order.

HOW YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED

We do not hold stock ourselves. When you place an order, we purchase your item from our trusted verified production partner in the United States, who prints it and ships it directly to your address. We tell you this openly because we believe you should know how the thing you are buying reaches you. Full tracking is provided on every order.

ORDERS

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

The name you type at checkout is printed exactly as typed, up to 12 characters. Please check the spelling carefully before ordering.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Because each item is printed to order with the name you provide, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before production starts. Please see our Refund Policy.

This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective.

THE WRITTEN LETTER

The letter printed on each product is original writing created by and belonging to VeltroBay LLC. It may not be copied, reproduced or resold. The wording of the letter cannot be changed. You may add a name.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US Dollars and include shipping. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Blankets are medium heavy-weight velveteen plush, 300 g/m², printed on one side using dye sublimation, so the design will not crack or peel. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. Blankets may arrive up to 3 inches shorter than the listed size, and fabric thickness may vary slightly. These are normal characteristics of these products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
